Drawing is one way to calm my mind. But calming my mind for meditation practice is another story.

Let’s begin.

Here we are. Time for our body and mind, mostly for our soul.

Start with a comfortable sitting position. Take a deep breath. When you breathe out, just close your eyes.

Bring your awareness inside and be in this moment with yourself. Each breath you take, you fill your lung with energy. Watching it carefully. Notice the stillness within, in and out of your body. Allow your energy to expand and you will be relaxed completely.

Any thoughts that come in, allow them to past by, so that you will be remain in the state of present.
